  • What kind of tours are offered at The Upland?

  • Who manages this community?

    The Upland Apartments are managed by North Coast Living. We take care of leasing and maintenance, and we do our best to help you "Live Well" each and every day.

  • What are the office hours?

    Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 5:00
    Saturday: 8:00 - 5:00

  • What is the pet policy?

    Two pets maximum with a weight limit of 35lbs and no aggressive breeds. A $500 deposit is required for the first pet and $250 for a second pet, with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

  • What are the lease terms?

    We currently offer 6, 9 and 12 month lease terms based on availability.

  • How do I apply?

    In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 for is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application. On the floorplan pages simply click on the "Apply Now" button to begin your application.

  • What kind of apartment homes are available at The Upland?

    Upland’s one, two, and three-bedroom apartments place a focus on style and comfort. The Upland offers a total community with something for everyone.

  • How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?

    You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Snappt.

  • Do you take co-signers?

    Yes. There is a $45.68 co-signer application fee.

  • What are the amenities?

    The Upland community offers residents an expansive clubhouse with lounge seating and entertainment areas, fitness center, and resort style pool with BBQ area, and nearby natural walking/jogging paths. Learn about amenities here.

  • What enhancements does The Upland offer residents with disabilities?

  • When is the rent due/late?

    Rent is due by the 1st of every month but is not considered late until the 5th.

  • Is there reserved parking?

    Parking is one covered space in our underground shared garage and one uncovered space depending on your floorplan.

  • Do you have a resident referral program?

    Yes! We always greatly appreciate residents spreading the word to friends, co-workers and family about our beautiful community. Please inquire in the office about current resident referral benefits or contact us online.
