What are the lease terms?
We currently offer 6-13 month lease terms based on availability.
How do I apply?
In order to apply, future residents must complete an application and sign the Rental Criteria form. An application fee of $52 is required for each person over 18 to begin processing the application. On the floorplan pages simply click on the "Apply Now" button to begin your application.
How do I provide my proof of income during the application process?
You will receive a follow up email from us with a link to upload your income documents through our third party verification partner, Vero.
Do you take co-signers?
Yes. There is a $52 co-signer application fee.
When is the rent due/late?
Rent is due by the 1st of every month but is not considered late until the 3rd.

Upland’s one, two, and three-bedroom apartments place a focus on style and comfort. The Upland offers a total community with something for everyone.

What is the pet policy?
Two pets maximum with a weight limit of 35lbs and no aggressive breeds. A $500 deposit is required for the first pet and $250 for a second pet, with a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Visit our neighborhood map for pet friendly parks and stores.

Is there reserved parking?
One space is available per resident with the choice of parking garage or gated above ground parking. First come, first serve.

What are the community amenities?
The Upland community offers residents an expansive clubhouse with lounge seating and entertainment areas, fitness center, and resort style pool with BBQ area, and nearby natural walking/jogging paths. Learn about the community here.

How to residents receive packages?
We have an Amazon Hub here that takes package deliveries for every carrier unless it is too large—in which case it goes straight to the resident's door.
