Hey friends! Welcome to December! As the year winds down, we are wrapping up in the warmth of the holiday season and focusing on the spirit of giving. We are truly grateful for the wonderful community you help us create! To spread that cheer, we are excited to kick off our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. Please drop off your non-perishable food items at the leasing office throughout the month to support local families. Thank you for your kindness!

Get ready for some festive cheer! Join your neighbors for our annual Holiday Breakfast in the Clubroom on Saturday, December 20th, at 10:00 AM. We'll have a delicious morning featuring a Hot Cocoa Bar, a Mimosa Bar, fresh Pancakes and Eggs, and exciting Prizes for a memorable start to the holiday season. Don't miss out on the fun, food, and community!

“I lived at The Upland for almost a year and a half. They really try to build community here with food trucks, pool parties, and other resident events.
The staff is friendly and always keeps the property up to date, clean, and is easy to communicate with regarding any questions or issues.
The gym, pool, and community room are well maintained and I utilized them a lot.
I didn't have a dog but the dog area is quite nice and many residents use it.
The residents are friendly, too. :) Met a bunch of great people there!

✨ The Sapphire Street Holiday Spectacle! 🚗
Ready to be dazzled? While officially known as the Thoroughbred Christmas Lights, the stunning holiday display near us is easily accessed by entering through Sapphire and 19th Street in Rancho Cucamonga! This spectacular, long-running light show is completely free and promises a magical evening for the whole family. Grab some hot cocoa, pile in the car, and enjoy one of the most festive light displays the Upland area has to offer!

🐾 Upland Adorable Pet of the Month: Boba! 🐶
Say hello to this month's adorable star, Boba! While technically he's his parents' emotional support animal, Boba charmingly admits they are really his emotional support humans—and who can blame him when he's this cute? This needy but justified pup loves taking adventurous strolls on the community's hiking trail, though he's a little less brave when it comes to car rides! Keep an eye out for sweet Boba around The Upland, and be sure to wave hello!

A Season To Give 🎁
It's the most wonderful time of the year—the time for giving! We are thrilled to launch our annual Community Food Drive starting December 1st. This year, we invite you to donate your non-perishable food items to our beautiful, festive holiday display, located right inside the leasing office. All donations collected throughout December will be delivered to feed local families in need. Thank you for helping us spread cheer and kindness this season! Please stop by our Willy Wonka-inspired food drop-off station!
