Upland Lemon Festival
The Upland Lemon Festival returns to Historic Downtown Upland, transforming the area into a lively celebration of the city's citrus heritage. Save the date: June 6-8, 2025. Since its inception in 1997, this event has featured over 50 performances across five stages, including tribute bands and karaoke. Enjoy Lemon Idol, food contests, craft marketplace, local booths, and exciting carnival rides for all! Don't miss out on this fun-filled extravaganza!

Pet Of The Month
Moxie
It's time to unleash our adorable Upland Pet of the Month, the one and only Moxie! This sweet 9-month-old Chiweenie (a Chihuahua and Dachshund mix!) found her forever home straight from the Upland Animal Shelter when she was just 8 weeks old. Moxie's a total cutie, always ready for zoomies, cuddles, and big leaps of joy! She might be a little shy when you first meet her, but once she wags her way into your heart, you'll have a loyal, loving friend. Moxie truly is a best buddy, and we're so thrilled to shine a paw-some spotlight on her!

Big news — Our community is going solar, and we couldn’t be more excited to launch this sustainable upgrade.
North Coast Living is deeply committed to sustainability and has implemented solar panel systems in several of our communities. From lowering utility costs to reducing environmental impact, it’s one of the ways we invest in a better future for our residents and the planet.
As The Upland joins this movement, we’re proud to bring renewable energy home. Stay tuned for updates as we go live with solar.
