Between the gorgeous blooms, delicious bites, and laughter we shared, it was truly a day to remember. We love seeing our Upland community come together to create something so special. Founded here at The Upland, this charming dog treat bakery is on a mission to bring some magic to your pup’s snack time with clean, organic treats made from transparent, wholesome ingredients. From Blueberry Peanut Butter to Pumpkin and Apple Cinnamon, each flavor is crafted with love and care. Even more exciting? Lady & the Treat will be stocking their delicious dog treats in our Micromarket starting next week—stay tuned! Valentina
Meet Valentina – Our Adorable Upland Pet of the Month!
Valentina is a one-year-old Toy Poodle (though she’s often mistaken for a Goldendoodle—and honestly, same). Born in April but named after Valentine’s Day, this reddish-coated cutie is the heart of her home—or, as her Mexican parents joke, maybe named after the iconic hot sauce. Her favorite snack is carrots, and while she has a dozen plush toys, her true obsession is stealing the Crocs her humans are trying to wear. Known for her endless cuddles and playful spirit, Valentina has filled her home with joy, laughter, and a little bit of chaos. She’s not just a dog—she’s the CEO of cuddles, croc theft, and unconditional love.

LAVENDER FESTIVAL
Spring is in full bloom, and there’s no better way to celebrate than visiting the Lavender Festival at 123 Farm in Cherry Valley! From May 2–18, enjoy free entry nightly from 5–10 PM and experience the magic of lavender fields, live music, lavender-infused food and drinks, tractor tours, a local vendor market, daily distillation talks, and free winery tours on weekends. Located at 10600 Highland Springs Ave, this family-friendly festival is the perfect spring escape.
