This highly anticipated, free-admission community tradition is the ultimate way to kick off your June weekends with family-friendly fun. Located just a short trip from our community, the festival grounds will feature an exciting midway packed with carnival rides, local crafters, and over 50 live musical performances across multiple stages. Best of all, you can indulge in a mouthwatering variety of lemon-themed food and drinks—from refreshing ice-cold lemonade to unique treats like deep-fried lemonade and lemon garlic fries! Don't miss out on three days of live music, food trucks, and vibrant community spirit right in our own backyard.

🐾 Meet Our Adorable Pet of the Month: Skye! 🌟

We are thrilled to introduce Skye, our adorable 1-year-old Golden Retriever! Skye is the ultimate social butterfly—she absolutely loves belly rubs and makes it her personal mission to become best friends with every single person and pup she meets. She is incredibly curious and likes to keep tabs on all the neighborhood action, so if you happen to catch her watching you from the patio, don't be shy—feel free to give her a friendly wave or say hello!

While she is normally full of brave, playful energy, there is one thing that will stop her completely in her tracks: the neighborhood trash truck. The moment it rolls into view, Skye immediately retreats to her safest hiding spot until the coast is completely clear! Otherwise, she is always out and about looking for adventure. If you see this sweet girl passing by on her daily walks, please stop by to say hello—she will be absolutely itching to meet you and would love nothing more than a few extra pets!
