From Fourth of July celebrations and resident events to neighborhood happenings, World Cup excitement, and our annual Summer Digital Food Drive, there’s plenty to look forward to this month. Summer Pool Party
What a Splash!
Our Summer Pool Party was one for the books, with over 100 residents joining us for BBQ, drinks, shaved ice, music, and prizes.
A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special. We love seeing our community come together and can’t wait for the next one!

"5 stars are not enough for the Upland! Stayed here on a shorter lease (7 months) and every month exceeded expectations. Managers, Tara and Andrew went the extra mile to make sure they offered a luxury experience all throughout the 7 months. I also witnessed them (countless times) helping other tenants above the call of duty and they always did it with a great attitude and never came across like people were burdening them. Maintenance requests are also resolved in a prompt manner and they offer thorough service. The monthly community events, hosted by Andrew, Tara & staff, are well thought out and were fun to attend. The Upland has a neighborly community feel to it, likely because of the monthly community events that they host..."

The Big 250!
Get ready to celebrate Independence Day right in our backyard! The City of Upland is shaking things up for 2026 with its brand-new "Block Party on Benson" layout at the annual Light Up The Night Fireworks Spectacular.
Where: Benson Avenue (between 16th St. & Howard Access Rd.)
When: Gates open at 5:30 PM | Fireworks at 9:00 PM
The Fun: Local food vendors, stage games, and live music from the Pop Vision Band.
Tickets: $10 per person (kids 2 and under are free).
Prefer a more relaxing evening? Skip the crowds, grab a poolside lounge chair right here at The Upland, and enjoy the views from the comfort of home! Have a safe and dazzling 4th of July!

North Coast Summer Digital Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29th to July 29th, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At The Upland, donations will benefit God's Pantry, providing critical resources to families throughout Upland, CA. Every dollar donated can provide nearly 3 pounds of food and allow food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.

🐾 The Upland's Pets of the Month: Louis Vuitton & Coco Chanel! 🐾
Meet the most stylish duo in the community! This month, we are spotlighting Louis Vuitton and Coco Chanel, two Pomeranians who bring high fashion and massive personalities to our halls.
At two years old, Louis Vuitton is a stunning, unique Blue Merle with one blue eye and one brown eye. He’s a total head-turner who loves toys and treats, and he isn't shy about loudly squeaking his toy to remind you he needs attention! Just keep the bugs away—this little guy is hilariously terrified of flies and will instantly run for cover if one buzzes by.
His gorgeous four-year-old sister, Coco Chanel, was "love at first sight" for her mom. This tri-colored beauty loves to smile, dance, and play the fiercely protective, motherly big sister to Louis. She also happens to be a master thief! Super sneaky, Coco will steal just about anything she can get her paws on, though her biggest heist is definitely stealing everyone's hearts.
Be sure to give a wave to our resident celebrities the next time you see them strutting around The Upland!
