We're keeping the momentum going as we anticipate our upcoming solar power integration—fingers crossed for an official start within the next month as we wrap up final details. In the meantime, we can't wait to gather with you all for National Night Out! Read on to see what’s on tap for our neighborhood this month.

Tacos, Firetrucks & Community: Join Us for National Night Out!
There’s nothing better than a neighborhood coming together! Mark your calendars for Tuesday, August 4th from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. We'll have special visits from the Upland Fire Department and Police Department, plus dinner is sorted with La Familia Taco Truck on-site the entire time!

One of the things I appreciate most is how much effort they put into building a real sense of community. The property is always beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The team is continuously making improvements and updating the community to keep it looking its best. I also want to give a special shoutout to the cleaning staff. This is a very pet-friendly community, yet the grounds are cleaned daily and are always spotless. Even with so many dogs, the property never has that unpleasant pet odor you find at many other apartment complexes. Their hard work definitely does not go unnoticed."

Meet Upland’s Pets of the Month: Bino & Coco! 🐾❤️
There’s a good chance you’ve heard Bino before you’ve ever seen him! He’s our tiny Maltipoo with a huge personality and an even bigger bark—finally putting a face to the neighborhood’s unofficial security system. Then there’s Coco, our cautious queen of a Boxer mix, who is the complete opposite. While Bino is busy convincing everyone he’s the toughest dog on the block, Coco likes to take her time, quietly observing the scene before deciding if it’s worth her royal attention. They couldn't be more different, but they are the absolute perfect pair and the heart of our family. At the end of the day, these two sweet, loving pups keep us laughing daily and make Upland truly feel like home!
