Happy Fall! We hope you’re enjoying the start of autumn! Our team has been busy making updates and caring for the property to ensure living at The Upland remains an incredible experience. Be sure to check out the brand-new stair stepper in the gym during your next workout! Plus, enjoy the fresh look and feel around the building following our recent hallway carpet shampooing and exterior building wash. Lastly, we’re wrapping up the final details of our solar project and can’t wait to share the final results with you soon.

September 11 - Korean Skincare Pop-Up
Elevate your self-care routine with us in the Clubhouse! We’re so excited to host a special resident business pop-up featuring glow-worthy Korean skincare products. September 15 - Mami’s Hibachi Food Cart Night
Dinner is served—right outside your door! Join us as Mami’s Hibachi Food Cart rolls onto the property with sizzlin' hot teppanyaki-style eats, delicious grilled favorites, and savory flavors. Skip the cooking and dishes tonight and treat yourself to a delicious hibachi meal! Tuesday, Sept. 15th, 5-7 PM
September 16 - Breakfast on the Go!
Start your morning off right on your way out the door! Swing by either 1st-floor elevator between 7:00 and 9:00 AM to grab fresh Starbucks coffee, Panera bagels, and sweet artisanal conchas baked locally by our resident-owned business, Casa Aviv! The staff here, Tara and Andrew are extremely professional, friendly and helpful to make living here the best experience possible. There are always activities to keep the community close and feel like a family. In fact, I’ve enjoyed living here so much that I’ve decided to stay for another year. Sometimes you find a place to live, and sometimes you find a place that simply feels right. For me, this has been the latter."

Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion
Get ready for one of the Inland Empire’s biggest end-of-summer traditions right in our backyard! On September 18 and 19, over 22 city blocks along tree-shaded Euclid Avenue in neighboring Downtown Ontario transform into a massive, vintage spectacle for the 13th Annual Route 66 Cruisin’ Reunion. Featuring more than 1,000 classic hot rods, muscle cars, and pristine restored convertibles, this free two-day celebration brings ultimate nostalgia, plus live music, artisan vendors, and delicious festival eats. Head down to Ontario Town Square for free concerts, catch the cruising action, and soak in the classic California vibes!

Our featured pet for September is the regal and affectionate KiKi! 🐾❤️
As a show-dog breed with royal roots, KiKi carries herself with total class and poise. She’s a deeply loyal lap dog who picks her person and stays by their side through it all. When she isn't enjoying her 16 hours of beauty sleep or sitting patiently for her grooming sessions, you can find her hopping like a bunny after toys and enjoying her favorite treat: blueberries! 🫐✨
