We have some exciting updates for the Clubhouse, including a brand-new sofa that has arrived, and we are continuing to work closely with the city on the status of our solar project. Indulge your sweet tooth this March 14th! We’re serving up free pie in the leasing office from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Whether you're a math whiz or just here for the dessert, swing by to grab a slice and join the fun:
4:00 PM: The Great Pie Eating Contest.
Contests: Test your knowledge with "Name That Pie" and discover your official "Pie Name."

Looking back at our Valentine’s Day at The Upland, we’re still smiling over our Girl Scout cookie giveaway! There was no better way to show our residents some love than with everyone’s favorite seasonal treats. Whether you’re a Thin Mints fanatic or a Samoas loyalist, we loved seeing so many of you stop by to grab a box and share the sweetness. It’s small moments like these that make our community so special!

It really feels like home.The heated pool year-round is a huge plus — it’s so nice being able to enjoy it no matter the season. The location is also super convenient, with popular stores within walking distance, which makes running errands and getting some exercise easy.And I can’t say enough about Tara, the property manager. Mochi
March Pet of the Month: Mochi 🐾
Meet Mochi, The Upland’s newest (and most talkative) superstar! Since joining our community, Mochi has been busy debunking the myth that cats are low-maintenance. Whether he’s demanding his rubber ducks be present for "moral support" during bath time or giving his parents a full vocal recap of his day with high-fives and kisses, this guy definitely has a big personality.
When he isn’t "working" on his favorite treat puzzles, you can find Mochi glued to his favorite YouTube livestream of birds and squirrels. To wrap up a long day, he loves nothing more than getting cozy under his favorite Taylor Swift blanket. We’re so happy to have Mochi and his main-character energy as part of the family!

Spring is in the air, and what better way to celebrate Upland’s citrus heritage than with the 5th Annual Lemon Zest 5K & 1K Kids Dash? Happening on Saturday, March 7, at Magnolia Park, this family-friendly event is a local favorite. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or just want to enjoy a morning walk with the community, it's a "zesty" way to get moving. If you’re more of a "dog parent" than a runner, mark your calendars for the Bark’n Bone-Anza Egg Hunt on March 21 at Baldy View Dog Park—your pups will thank you!
